We’re excited to have you join us for our Spring Into Wellness event! Below is everything you need to know to make your experience smooth and enjoyable:

Arrival & Check-In

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your FIRST registered activity.

Example: If your first activity starts at 10:00 AM, please arrive by 9:45 AM.

During check-in, we will:

• Confirm your registration

• Ensure waivers are completed for all participants

• Provide wristbands for your selected activities

Waiver Required (Complete Ahead of Time)

Important: A waiver must be completed for each participant prior to participation.

After Check-In

Once you’re checked in, you’re all set! You’ll receive time-specific wristbands for the activities you registered for. This allows you to move freely and arrive at each activity at your scheduled time—no need to check in again.

We aimed to allow brief transition time between activities, and while some may run close together, there will be multiple activities happening at the same time, so you’ll still have flexibility as you move through your schedule.

Event Reminders

• Activities are scheduled in specific time slots—please arrive on time for each one

• Wear comfortable clothing for movement-based activities

• Stay hydrated and come ready to have fun!
