There are many classes in the girls dressing room without specific volunteer parents. This person helps line up dancers for upcoming dances, helps with hair, changing of costumes, tracking trips to the bathroom, keeping them calm, making sure no one is filming or take photos (due to those changing), et.
The little boys are not allowed in the same dressing room with the girls. So they do not have classroom moms. Preferably this is a male position but a mom could help. If male, you will be in the boys dressing area. If female, you will be stationed outside the boys dressing area, as the Dancing Dads, share the same room. Keep kids entertained, take to restroom, make sure they are backstage with their class for their dances.
